Cabinet Secretary Aisha Jumwa joined the First Lady Mama Rachel Ruto who was the Chief guest presided over the distribution of income-generating tools and equipment worth over Ksh. 19 Million in the event that was organised by Hon. Leah Sankaire, the County Member of Parliament for Kajiado County.

She urged legislators to entrench budgetary allocations to the National Government Affirmative Action Fund - NGAAF  as a percentage of the national budget. This fund is  critical to grassroots development,especially for women, youth, and people with disabilities.
